The Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center, Office of Minority Affairs and Sisters Network Nashville and are conducting a research study about the 2008-2009 Fashioned in Faith Calendar.

The survey is available from October 22, 2007 – March 1, 2008. The survey is quick, easy and takes about 15-20 minutes to complete. The survey is also completely anonymous. Participants will NOT be paid for completing the survey.
