This year's Camp Horizon, sponsored by the Americian Cancer Society, begins this Sunday:

All children deserve the chance to enjoy typical childhood activities, especially if they have cancer. That’s the philosophy behind Camp Horizon, the American Cancer Society’s summer camp for children with cancer. This year’s camp is scheduled for June 15 - 20 at Bethany Hills Campground in Kingston Springs, Tenn. A SIBS camp, for Special and Important Brothers and Sisters of children with cancer, will be held June 22 - 27. Both camps are offered free of charge to children with cancer and their siblings. The application deadline for both camps is May 31, 2008.
