The Emergency Access Fund is designed to assist underserved women with access to high quality breast cancer care. The Tennessee Breast Cancer Coalition uses this Fund to help meet the financial needs of women and men in Tennessee through coverage of the patient's co-pay, up to a sum of $250. Supplemented by a memorial fund in memory of "Rosie Wood,"* the Emergency Access Fund is open to all breast cancer patients in need regardless of age or gender.

*Memorial contributions in honor of Rosie Wood, mother of Nashvillian Ben Wood and wife Betsy, supplement the Emergency Access Fund. Ben and Betsy are actively involved in the fight against breast cancer.
