Established to honor Rochelle. Our single goal is to make
sure the Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Awareness License Plates become a reality in
Tennessee. The specialty plates were approved in June, 2007, but we need a
total of 1,000 Tennessee drivers signed up to purchase a plate before they will
be printed. Have about 500 now.
